Craniosacral therapy

Biodynamic craniosacral therapy is a very gentle yet highly effective form of treatment. The basis of the treatment is that the body has an inherent health that can be helped by very light touch and resonance between therapist and client. Biodynamic craniosacral therapy is an open form where there is no set procedure, but instead listens to where the body needs support to get into a healthy state.

A session typically begins with us clarifying together what you would like to get out of the treatment. After the initial conversation, the client lies fully clothed on the couch, usually on their back with a blanket over them, and I make physical contact through light touch, for example on the shoulders or feet. I will then move my hands around to support the body's work. Along the way, we can talk about how the treatment is going or you can relax completely without speaking. Usually, after a short time, you will fall into a deep state of relaxation where the body and nervous system can find the balance they need.
