If you are a yoga practitioner and you experience during yoga a lack of flexibility in some areas of your body, or difficulty in relaxing or activating certain areas, formative embodiment may be for you. As a yoga practitioner, you typically have a good sense of your body's capabilities and limitations and we can utilise this knowledge to explore what's going on. This can pave the way for new opportunities and discoveries - both physically and mentally
